[08:07] <Ran Yakumo> Don't exercise just before bed. It may tire you out physically, but the adrenaline and endorphins you produce from that exercise will persist for a while afterward. That'll keep you from falling asleep

[08:10] <Ran Yakumo> Is your mattress too hard for your body type. Too soft?
