[02:40] * Ashagar the Endbringer pins AbyssGuardian against the wall by the throat, and uses his huge claw to slice Glen's leg open like a knife through drapes.

[02:41] * AbyssGuardian 's scream emanates as a gurgle in his throat, blood flowing freely down his leg before the wound heals
[02:41] * Ashagar the Endbringer just laughs at him, and rips him open again, rubbing the ashes of the sheet music into the wound before it closes.
[02:43] * AbyssGuardian tries to free himself, throwing his weight around in the attempt...the wound is closing slower, partly due to the ashes rubbed into it, partially due to the fatigue
[02:43] <Ashagar the Endbringer> - Osvald... you will never forestall my sustenance again. The next Child of Misfortune that is denied to me in my plans for this world, I will BURN TO DEATH five of your kin... Slowly. -
[02:44] <AbyssGuardian> There are none...not here
[02:44] * Ashagar the Endbringer holds Glen high against the ceiling, and slams his massive tail into one of Glen's knees, and then the other, grinning as he hears the cracks.
[02:44] <AbyssGuardian> GAAAHHH!!!! ><
[02:45] * Ashagar the Endbringer hisses into his ear. "Glen, I have devoured the moon, and gorged myself on the death of the Quinoxians. I was on Veridian IV when their time came, and no veil of time or space shall stay me."
[02:45] <Ashagar the Endbringer> And if you think, for ONE SECOND, that I am in capable of making a side trip to a certain estate in Paris...
[02:46] <Ashagar the Endbringer> - Then you have man lessons to learn---luckily, I am here to teach them. -
[02:46] <AbyssGuardian> - THERE ARE NO CHILDREN OF MISFORTUNE IN THIS WORLD -
[02:47] * Ashagar the Endbringer lets go of AbyssGuardian from a great height near the ceiling, so he falls down onto his broken knees.
[02:48] * AbyssGuardian gasps in pain and shock...bone injuries are harder to heal than flesh wounds
[02:49] <Ashagar the Endbringer> - How lucky, then, that I have found the man who has the best contacts to rectify that situation... -
[02:50] * Ashagar the Endbringer sits cack on his haunches, chuckling, a swirl of smoke from his nostrils. "Now, what do you say to that?"
[02:51] <AbyssGuardian> - The children of misfortune...the abyss has changed.... -
[02:51] <Ashagar the Endbringer> How can it be rekindled once more?
[02:51] <Ashagar the Endbringer> Tell me. Or else.
[02:52] <AbyssGuardian> Alice no longer needs the sacrifice!
[02:52] <AbyssGuardian> Not...not that kind
[02:53] <Ashagar the Endbringer> I WILL see this world burn. I shall have my feast.
[02:53] * Ashagar the Endbringer reaches up for one of the splintered bits of the door, and stabs it through AbyssGuardian's foot.
[02:54] * AbyssGuardian CLENCHES his teeth through the pain
[02:54] <AbyssGuardian> - The Glens after me...their sacrifices were different... -
[02:55] <Ashagar the Endbringer> Tell me more.
[02:55] * Ashagar the Endbringer licks his lips.
[02:55] * AbyssGuardian lays on the floor...trying to catch his breath while his injuries heal
[02:56] <AbyssGuardian> Logan...he's Jack's grandson...he was the Glen after me...
[02:56] * Ashagar the Endbringer nods. "
[02:56] <AbyssGuardian> His sacrifice was...was our...deaths...mine...Jack's...and Lottie's...
[02:56] <Ashagar the Endbringer> Then whom do I seek?
[02:57] <AbyssGuardian> It runs its course in time...nothing you do will change that
[02:57] <Ashagar the Endbringer> OH?
[02:57] <Ashagar the Endbringer> You call ME powerless?

[02:58] <Ashagar the Endbringer> Yes... I'm sure there's something in that mouth of yours making you say the wrong thing...
[02:58] * Ashagar the Endbringer reaches over and pries Glen's mouth open with irresistable strength.
[02:58] <Ashagar the Endbringer> - HERE's the problem! Just as I figured. -
[02:59] *** Ashagar grins wickedly, and pulls two of Glen's teeth out by the bloody roots, one after the other.
[02:59] <AbyssGuardian> !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[03:00] <AbyssGuardian> AAAHHHH
[03:01] * Ashagar the Endbringer pulls the Glen off of the shaft of wood through his foot, and walks him over the the wall. He impales him there with remains of a chair leg, hanging him like a picture.
[03:02] <Ashagar the Endbringer> - Food. That is all you are, and will ever be. -
[03:02] * AbyssGuardian is hanging limply, an arm reaching up to grasp at the chair leg weakly
[03:02] * Ashagar the Endbringer shrinks down, and resumes the shape of a man.
[03:02] <AbyssGuardian> The Glen...after Logan...
[03:03] * Ashagar the Endbringer is now known as Ashagar the Harbinger
[03:03] <Ashagar the Harbinger> Splendid. Then he is next.
[03:03] * Ashagar the Harbinger walks out of the room, tossing Glen's teeth in his hand like they were coins.
[03:03] *** Ashagar the Harbinger has quit IRC (Tide hath no Time, for to Thy rhyme / The ranging stars stand still!)
[03:05] * AbyssGuardian is unable to pull out the chair leg...and slowly passes out....
