[20:47] <Hideki Kaze> ♦ once upon a time, in a deep forest, there lived a poor farmer and his family. He had many children but they had very little for themselves.
[20:48] *** Masaki stands against the wall of the hut, Matsumi sitting in a chair and sewing and several other extras in the room as well
[20:48] *** Sayuri walks in and smiles to her family
[20:49] <Hideki Kaze> ♦ Of all of them, the father most loved his youngest daughter, a girl of the kindest heart.
[20:49] *** The scene darkens as the sound of a storm can be heard
[20:49] *** there is flashes of lightening and booms of thunder
[20:50] *** The family huddles against one side of the room in fear as light flashes and the shadows of trees can be seen moving.
[20:51] *** There is suddenly the sound of loud knocking!
[20:51] * Masaki O`Cain has moved to: [ Farmer ]
[20:51] <Masaki O`Cain> [Farmer] who could that be???

[20:52] *** The farmer opens the door, revealing a large white bear

[20:54] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] : I bring you a proposal! If you allow your younger daughter to live with me as a princess, I shall make you as rich as you are poor!
[20:54] <Rhea> A talking beast? How interesting!

[20:54] *** The farmer turns away and walks to his daughter, clasping her hands.
[20:54] <Hana Sagusa> [Farmer] think about it! We shall be rich, my child! You shall live as a princess forevermore!

[20:55] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] I know…I just…alright if it will make you happy, then I shall do it...

[20:56] *** The farmer walks off to speak with the bear, while the girl puts together a bundle of rags and dresses herself for the cold weather.
[20:56] *** After a moment, the farmer returns and hugs his daughter, the rest of the family following soon after. The girl walks up to the bear, looking at it silently.
[20:57] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] are you afraid?
[20:57] *** The girl looks back at her family sadly then turns back to the bear and shakes her head.
[20:58] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] then come with me!
[20:58] *** The girl and bear leave the home and venture forth.
[20:59] *** The wind picks up and the forest passes them by. The girl stumbles a few times but picks herself up, following the bear.
[20:59] *** Soon, a mountain comes into view and the bear stops.
[21:00] *** The girl shivers then watches as the bear scrapes his paw against the mountainside.
[21:00] *** her amazement a door opens and the girl and bear walk through to off stage...stage hands move the set, changing it
[21:00] *** ^to her amazement
[21:01] *** The two soon reappear on stage at a magnificent dining area, the room laden with gold and silver.
[21:01] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] eat your fill, what you see is your’s to have..
[21:01] *** The girl pauses, then sits down and begins to eat.
[21:02] *** Soon she manages to finish quite a bit of food.
[21:02] *** The bear seems quite pleased but soon frowns then places a silver bell before her.
[21:02] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] what is this for?
[21:03] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] Simply ring it and what you ask will be brought before you. Goodnight!
[21:03] *** The bear turns to leave
[21:03] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] where are you going?
[21:04] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] that is my business and mine alone. Goodnight!
[21:04] *** the bear exits the stage
[21:05] *** the girl gets up and begins to explore her surroundings. After a moment, she yawns, looking quite tired.
[21:06] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] I wish there was someplace I could rest...
[21:06] *** The girl pauses then slowly rings the bell.
[21:08] *** From the stage floor a beautiful bed rises from nowhere.
[21:08] *** The girl is taken aback for a moment then carefully lays down and slowly falls asleep as the stage goes dark, the only light being a dim one over the bed.
[21:09] *** Soon, the light rises up a bit and the girl sits up a little, only to see someone lying next to her in the bed.
[21:09] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] someone is here? Another human? I thought it was simply the bear and myself
[21:11] *** The girl is about to touch the person, but draws back and lays back down, the lights dimming once more.
[21:11] *** The lights lift into daylight and the girl awakes and looking over, sees that the person is gone. The bear soon enters.
[21:12] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] the man? Where did he go?
[21:12] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] what are you talking about?
[21:12] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] there was a man in this room last night. He was laying in the bed next to me.
[21:13] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] you were only dreaming!
[21:13] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] but...
[21:14] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] come! It is time for breakfast.
[21:14] *** The girl pauses, looking back at the bed, before exiting off stage.
[21:14] *** The bed is moved to the other side of the stage in darkness.
[21:15] *** girl and bear return, the girl looking much happier, the bear following her as they go through various activies: eating, walking in the forest and talking.
[21:16] <Hideki Kaze> ♦ as the days passed, the girl and the bear grew quite close and they became wonderful friends.
[21:17] *** The girl glances back as the bed is illuminated once more
[21:17] <Hideki Kaze> ♦ Every night, however, the stranger would return to her bed and lay down next to her.
[21:18] *** The bed goes dark again as it’s pushed off the stage, the girl beginning to look much more sad and depressed.
[21:18] *** The bear approaches her.
[21:19] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] what is wrong?
[21:19] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] This is a wonderful place, but there are no other people other than myself. I miss my family...
[21:20] *** The bear goes silent then looks about the room then to the girl.
[21:20] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] I shall take you home to visit your family
[21:21] *** The girl becomes quite happy
[21:21] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] you must promise me this. Never speak to your mother of what has occurred to you here. Otherwise, you shall make us both unhappy.
[21:22] *** The girl nods and dresses in warm winter clothes.
[21:22] *** The Bear leads the girl out and they once more move through the forest.
[21:23] *** They eventually reach what appears to be a manor
[21:23] *** Out from both sides of the stage comes the girl’s family, all dressed in the finiest clothes.
[21:23] *** While the bear moves away, they embrace the girl.
[21:24] *** A feast table is brought forth and the girl eats happily.
[21:24] *** Eventually, however, the girl's mother soon pulls herself aside.
[21:24] * Matsumi Kaze has moved to: [ Mother ]
[21:25] <Matsumi Kaze> [Mother] you have been gone so long, you must tell us what is like where you are. What has been happening?
[21:25] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] it is not important
[21:25] <Matsumi Kaze> [Mother] why are you so silent? Have you been in trouble? Is he cruel?
[21:26] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] I..it’s nothing
[21:26] <Matsumi Kaze> [Mother] I am your mother! Do not try and lie to me!
[21:27] *** The girl looks around unsure but simply sighs.

[21:28] <Matsumi Kaze> [Mother] oh my! This person could be the master of these riches! Perhaps if you were to speak to him, he would marry you and we could move into his palace!

[21:28] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] I...I don’t know, mother
[21:29] *** The mother digs in her clothes and pulls out a small candle, putting it in the girl’s hands.
[21:29] <Matsumi Kaze> [Mother] take this candle and light it the moment the person falls asleep. That way, you will know who it is and can tell me!
[21:30] *** The girl uncertainly takes the candle then seeing the bear return, quickly hides it in her clothes.
[21:31] *** She gives her family one more hug and leaves with him.
[21:31] *** The bear and girl walk through the snow together, heading back towards the mountain.
[21:31] <Masaki O`Cain> [Bear] If you have listened to your mother, you have made us both unhappy.
[21:32] *** The girl says nothing but looks ashamed.
[21:32] *** Soon they arrive in the large room and the bear leaves.
[21:33] *** The bed returns and the girl climbs in, the lights soon dimming down.
[21:33] *** After a moment, the figure from before climbs into the bed and lays down next to the girl.
[21:34] *** The girl awakens and slowly lights the candle, the light around the bed rising a bit. She looks down upon the person next to her.
[21:35] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] a prince?
[21:35] *** The girl looks at the sleeping prince, then carefully leans forward.....and kisses him
[21:36] *** As she does this, her candle tips and the sound to two drops of wax falling can be heard, the prince bolts upright as the lights come up
[21:37] * Masaki O`Cain has moved to: [ Prince ]
[21:37] <Masaki O`Cain> [Prince] what have you done!? I told you not to listen to your mother!
[21:38] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] I...I don’t understand. The bear told me that...but I’ve never met you before...I.....
[21:38] *** The prince stands and gets out of the bed.
[21:38] <Masaki O`Cain> [Prince] You see me as I once was. I was bewitched to be a bear during the day by the wicked troll queen, until I could find someone who would be willing to live with me for a year.
[21:39] *** The girl looks horrified as the prince turns away from her.
[21:39] <Masaki O`Cain> [Prince] now I must return to her palace and be cursed forever
[21:39] *** The prince begins to head for the door when the girl leaps to her feet
[21:40] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] where can I find you!?
[21:40] <Masaki O`Cain> [Prince] oh it is in a far away land that lies east of the sun and west of the moon and you will surely never find your way there.
[21:40] *** The girl sinks to her knees in sorrow and the lights suddenly go out.
[21:41] *** They soon very dimly rise in a spotlight around her, revealing herself alone in the middle of the woods.
[21:41] *** The girl starts to weep as the lights darken once more, the curtains lowering
[21:41] *** the lights come up and the doors open
[21:42] <Emi Aster> ♦ please enjoy your intermission!
[21:42] * LittlePhoenix and her sister are sniffling "she's so stupid"
[21:42] * Freya streaches a bit
[21:43] <Freya> shall we streach our legs?
[21:43] * Orion Felinus pats the girls heads. "People make mistakes, my dears...but its what you do next is what determines your worth.
[21:44] * Orion Felinus stands up and bounces Heimdall a little to keep him from fussing.
[21:44] <Rhea> How sad...she broke her promise, and now the man is doomed...
[21:45] <Zotia> It isn't over yet.

[21:47] *** people are getting up, heading out the doors..a few are standing
[21:47] <Sean Collins> Let's go to the lobby and see if there's something to eat.

[21:49] * Lady Hale takes this opportunity to stretch and get some food of her own.

[22:14] *** The girl approaches the figure, who gently dances around her

[22:17] *** As soon as the girl stops, another figure darts across one side of the girl, causing her to look in the direction it went.
[22:17] *** The figure appears again and runs to the other side of the stage, causing the girl to look in the direction it went once more.
[22:17] *** The figure jumps behind the girl, causing her to jump in fright, before it dashes to her side, laughing

[22:28] *** The figure gets closer to the Girl, who backs away a bit in fear
[22:28] <Lobelia Carlini> [North Wind] Once! A long time ago I blew a leaf there! It tired me so much that I couldn't blow a puff for many weeks afterwards!
[22:29] *** The girl gulps but looks bravely at the figure.
[22:29] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] I am searching for a bewitched prince! He needs my help!
[22:29] <Lobelia Carlini> [North Wind] Are you the one he wishes to be with?
[22:30] *** Girl nods in agreement. The wind now does a rough dance around the girl and takes her hand
[22:30] <Lobelia Carlini> [North Wind] if you are not afraid, we shall go now
[22:30] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] nothing could make me afraid! With all my heart I wish to go there!
[22:31] *** The figure begins a run and both the girl and the figure are lift high into the air on wires above the stage.
[22:32] <Hideki Kaze> [Narrator] the wind blew the girl high high into the air and they soon found themselves traveling over valleys, cities and towns and the very ocean itself!

[22:32] *** The figure and girl slowly get lower as the land turns dark and imposing.
[22:32] <Lobelia Carlini> [North Wind] are you afraid?
[22:33] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] No! I see land!!!!
[22:33] *** The figure and girl land, the wires being removed and the figure dances off the stage
[22:33] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] thank y-
[22:33] *** The girl looks back only to see the figure gone.
[22:34] *** The girl looks forward and rising before her is a dark and wicked looking castle.
[22:34] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] the castle...it’s the castle East of the Sun and West of the Moon!
[22:35] *** The girl scrambles to her feet and runs to the other side of the stage as the lights go out.
[22:35] *** A single light comes on as the girl returns from the stage, looking around. She shivers in fear and cold.
[22:35] *** The girl stops as the light slowly rises, revealing animals frozen in place.
[22:36] *** Behind her a terrible shadow starts to approach until it towers over her.
[22:36] * Lara Sorensen has moved to: [ Troll Queen ]
[22:36] <Lara Sorensen> - Who dares enter my castle!? -
[22:38] *** The girl looks and stumbles back in fear at the shadow but then slowly walks forward again.
[22:38] <Sayuri Kinichi> [Girl] I have come in search of the prince who was bewitched into a white bear!
[22:38] *** The shadow goes silent but then starts to laugh wickedly
[22:39] <Lara Sorensen> [Troll Queen] How very noble and brave! There is your prince and there he shall always be!!!
[22:39] *** The shadow points and part of the stage lights up...revealing the bear frozen in place.
[22:39] <Lara Sorensen> [Troll Queen] and for your audacity, you shall soon join him!
[22:40] *** The shadow laughs again as something is thrown to the ground before the girl
[22:40] <Lara Sorensen> [Troll Queen] take this! It shall remind you of the broken promise which sealed his fate!
[22:40] *** The girl picks up the object and reveals it to be the prince’s shirt with spots of wax on it.
[22:41] *** She collapses to her knees and sobs into the shirt.
[22:41] *** As she does this, parts of the stage light up and the animals slowly being to move.
[22:41] <Lara Sorensen> [Troll Queen] What is happening!? What are you doing!?
[22:42] *** The animals shed their costumes, revealing themselves to be people.
[22:42] *** The prince approaches the girl and touches her shoulder. Looking up, she gives a cry of joy and hugs him!
[22:42] <Lara Sorensen> [Troll Queen] you horrid creature! What have you done!?
[22:43] *** The shadow howls in anger and pain at this sight as the lights continue to rise. The prince looks to the shadow.

[11:25] <Mayu Minamoto> Ideally, I'd like to have enough staff that I could hire an assistant manager and not have to spend every waking moment of my life here.

[11:26] <Mayu Minamoto> Then, with an assistant manager, we could open seven days a week. We might even open at a second location.

She feels a little queasy at imagining her staff members wearing that sort of thing.

[11:52] <Mayu Minamoto> Though perhaps an update would be nice. Maybe after I hire some new people.

[20:04] <Antoine S.> I am not certain what I prefer. I merely did not want them to kill or imprison me---and considering the immediately imprisoned me, I suspect that the other was not far away.

[20:05] <One of them> For a very long time. Potentially thousands of years as long as you take care of it and outside forces do not damage it.

[20:17] <Antoine S.> I have never felt it, but pain seems to be detrimental in all observations I have made. Do you feel pain?
[20:17] <One of them> Most of us have pressure sensors and sensors to detect damage, but it does not hurt. We feel, but it does not hurt.
[20:18] <One of them> But for those of us who choose that, we also do not feel good feelings, either.

[20:26] <Antoine S.> I have not moved since I was created. I assure you that being sessile is not a death sentence.

[20:33] <Antoine S.> I think that an immobile human would welcome us best, because they would realize we would not harm them. However, I have not attempted this because some humans believe themselves to be in the process of being screened to be a victime if they are approached while they are weak.
[20:34] <Antoine S.> I am certainly curious about our creator. I did not believe that I would be able to watch things move or to move them.
[20:36] <One of them> We can show you images of her once we have you equipted with the proper tools. It may be some time before you meet her in person.

[20:37] <One of them> Your body will be three feet tall and will be able to switch from quadruped to biped. You will be able to cloak yourself and you will have a torch installed for instances you find yourself stuck in small places. You will have wheels along with your limbs.

[08:51] *** Charm Coffee continues to run as normal for its breakfast rush. It's fairly busy, as is the usual. Izumi Nagai, the morning server, is busy flitting around from table to table, taking orders, refilling coffees, and serving dishes. Mayu Minamoto, the owner and manager, is running things behind the counter while making conversation with the regulars that sit there. Charm Coffee is open for all, not just only sailor senshi.
[08:58] * Regina Lee reads an article on the Robotics Ethics Committee pushing for more anti-android laws. She frowns, annoyed at having to read something that doesn't interest her. She quickly turns the page and reads a piece on a new and upcoming sport that's been rising in Japan.
[08:58] <Regina Lee> (Interesting. I wonder how I'd be able to use my abilities to win at it.)
[08:58] * Regina Lee pauses in her reading to daydream a little.

She settles back in the couch and signals to Izumi that she wants a refill of coffee. She then takes out a notebook and a manuscript and continues reading where she left off, making notations in both the notepad and the manuscript itself.

[10:07] <Camilla> Looking for information on which Satellite group I belong to. Hinako and I have been looking around, but little's come up on our end. Miss Kiyo mentioned that you might have a better idea.

[10:08] * Mayu Minamoto eyes the burly, exhausted looking man that's sitting two seats away from them. He doesn't appear to be listening to them, merely staring into his cup of coffee.

[10:09] * Mayu Minamoto calls out, "Izumi, take over the counter. I'll be in my office with these two."

[10:12] * Mayu Minamoto exits from behind the counter and leads the two of them through the curtain in the back. They travel down the hallway, past the restrooms and the breakroom. She unlocks and opens a door at the end of the hall, revealing a staircase. She walks up the stairs with the two in tow, the door shutting and locking behind them.

[10:23] * Mayu Minamoto [Mayu's Office] nods, filling in all of this information. She furrows her brow, thinking. She does a search, searching for any other entries that share her abilities or mention her name.

[10:23] <Mayu Minamoto> [Mayu's Office] Have you felt any connection to any other satellite senshi you've met? Who have you met?
