[19:21] * The battleship Aika Sumeragi raises her void shields to maximum, with the Tech-Specialists in the Enginarium using Tech Magic to enhance the shields as much as possible.
[19:25] * The Rebellious Command descends closer to the planet as well, but positioning herself over 1000 miles away from the Aika Sumeragi
[19:26] * The strike cruiser Ran Yakumo does the exact same thing, keeping several hundred miles away from all of the other descending ships as her drop pod launch bay doors open.
[19:31] * The last ship is an enigma. It's definitely a Lunar-class cruiser originating from the Imperium, but it's NOT one of the previously known Federation ships that have been in extensive use these past five years.
[19:37] * The last ship has clearly been given a Van Saar "makeover" though: her hull lacks a lot of the "Gothic Cathedral" streamlining of most of the Imperium's ships, it's obviously been given extensive upgrades, and her coloration is a dark glossy grey with bronze trim and deep violet running lights.

[21:35] * Neo Sailor Uranus just throws a sword that arcs around, heading twords the back of Vlye's head. He tosses two more, one at each of the bots.
[21:36] <Storm Eagle> Clearly, you have made an error in your calculations. We'll smash you into the ground as a reminder of why you don't mess with us.
[21:36] * Storm Eagle fires his Storm Tornado as the two swords coming at him and Chill Penguin
[21:37] * Vyle turns around and catches the sword as it zips by him, "Hmph."
[21:38] * Chill Penguin quickly fires a ball of ice from his beak at Uranus
[21:39] * Neo Sailor Uranus leaps up out of the way. (Let's see.... pretty sure Chill Penguin was the weakes in that game...)
[21:40] * Neo Sailor Uranus throws a few more swords while leaping.
[21:40] * Vyle aims his shoulder cannon at Uranus after dropping the sword, and then fires a rapid triple blast at the Senshi
[21:42] * Neo Sailor Uranus holds out a hand (Alright. Focus. Remember the training you did.) and after a moment produces a sheild. Which shatters into dust upon the third strike.
[21:42] * Storm Eagle takes to the air, and starts raining sharp feathers down at Uranus
[21:44] * Neo Sailor Uranus produces his spear and creates a gust of wind to return the feathers.
[21:45] <Aine Lydie> It sounds like a battle in there, my prince...its not safe...
[21:46] * Storm Eagle weaves away from his own feathers, and sends more towards Uranus as well as a few heading out the doorway
[21:48] * Neo Sailor Uranus just sends them right back again... and this time a strong gust intending to knock storm Eagle out of the air "Hello, Senshi of Wind. Did you really think it was smart to fly here?"
[21:51] * Ian is hit by the sharpened feathers that fly out of the door! "GAH!"

[21:51] * Vyle suddenly appears behind Uranus, and fires a gout of fire at the Senshi's back from his knee

[21:58] * They hear a voice echo through the warehouse; "TITAN STARFALL VOLLEY!" and a rain of silver arrows starts to fall from above!

[22:04] <Storm Eagle> Hmmm. Uranus must have called in reinforcements when we were busy with him.
[22:07] * Sailor Titan raises her silver bow as a quiver of stars appears on her back. "You will soon know the wrath of Sailor Titan of the New Kingdom!"
[22:08] <Vyle> Sailor Titan? New Kingdom? Hmph. No matter. You're gonna die just like the rest will.
[22:10] <Neo Sailor Uranus> (A Sattlite?)
[22:12] <Sailor Titan> I will see you fall for your crimes against my prince!
[22:13] * Sailor Titan draws her bos string, and a Starfall Arrow notches itself, aimed at the trio.
[22:13] * Vyle aims his righthand fingertips at Titan, and fires a hail of bullets at her
[22:16] * Sailor Titan jumps down from the window to avoid the bullets, while shooting off her Starfall Arrow at the trio! It eminates a powerful stardust wave as it flies!
[22:18] * Chill Penguin fires a few ice balls in rapid succession at the wave while Storm Eagle fires a Storm Tornado at the same wave in an effort to counter it
[22:21] * Sailor Titan 's Starfall Arrow's trajectory is knocked off course, and flies into a wall of the warehouse! The wave is disrupted and splits apart, while the arrow bursts with a bright silver light!
[22:22] <Neo Sailor Uranus> Well it looked impressive at least
[22:24] <Sailor Titan> I'm not finished with you yet, fiends!
[22:24] <Vyle> Good! We're not done with you and Uranus yet, either!
[22:24] * Vyle aims his shoulder cannon at Titan, and fires a triple blast at her with it
[22:25] * Sailor Titan retaliates by firing off three Starfall Arrows to counter the blasts!
[22:26] * Chill Penguin makes a huge leap up and over behind Uranus, fires three larger ice balls, and the icy shrapnel come flying at him
[22:27] * Storm Eagle spits out an egg, it shatters on impact, and four eaglets zoom towards Uranus
[22:28] * Neo Sailor Uranus throws three swords at Chill Penguin, and 4 at Storm Eagle's.. Offspring?
[22:28] * Vyle suddenly has his left forearm come flying through the smoke aiming to surprise Titan
[22:30] * Sailor Titan is caught off guard and is punched by the flying fist!
[22:33] * Vyle recalls his arm back into place, jumps high into the air, and drops a pair of bombs down at Titan
[22:34] * Chill Penguin quickly combines his frost breath with Storm Eagle's Storm Tornado to form an icy cold version of Eagle's attack, and it roars towards Uranus
[22:36] * Sailor Titan manages to dive out from under the bombs and rolls behinde some heavy equipment for cover!
[22:38] * Neo Sailor Uranus raises his arms and sumons a shield... only to get blown backwards.
[22:39] * Vyle crouches to a kneel, and then lobs a bomb towards Titan's cover
[22:41] * Storm Eagle takes to the air, and goes to divebomb Uranus as he is blown back from the previous attack
[22:41] * Chill Penguin slides on his belly towards Uranus, aiming to ram into him
[22:42] * Sailor Titan is protected from the brunt of the blast by the heavy equipment, but she is forced to leave her cover as it starts to collapse! She fires off another Starfall Volley at Vyle as she breaks into open room!
[22:42] * Neo Sailor Uranus springboards off Penguin's head, and slashes at Eagle with two swords.
[22:44] * Vyle is scratched up a bit from the volley, but quickly counters by firing a hail of bullets at Titan
[22:45] * Storm Eagle is knocked off of his trajectory, but is able to recover mid-air
[22:47] <Storm Eagle> A good strike, Uranus.
[22:48] * Sailor Titan runs to avoid the bullets, but takes a shot in the side! "AUGH!"
[22:49] <Neo Sailor Uranus> Huh. Thank you?
[22:49] <Sailor Titan> I won't...fall here! I will fight on!
[22:50] <Storm Eagle> But it's not enough. (fires sharp feathers at Uranus)
[22:51] * Chill Penguin uses his frost breath at Uranus

[22:59] * Chill Penguin and Storm Eagle continue their relentless assault on Uranus
[22:59] <Sailor Titan> I don't care what you do to those..."others"...but I will see you die for wounding my prince!
[23:01] * Neo Sailor Uranus keeps fighting back, leaping and slashing and throwing
[23:04] <Vyle> Oh really? Not my fault he got caught in the crossfire. Still, you're welcome to join everyone else in death. (aims his cannon at Titan)
[23:05] * Sailor Titan aims her bow again, and launches a large and brightly shining Starfall Arrow!...it seems to pulsate with a supressed power as it flies!
[23:07] * Vyle fires a thin, green beam of energy at Titan's arrow
[23:09] * Chill Penguin and Storm Eagle launches another icy Storm Tornado at Uranus
[23:09] * Sailor Titan 's pulsing arrow bursts when it is hit by the laser, and unleashes a Stardust Storm into the warehouse! The stardust is made of small crystals of silver that swarm and cut while reflecting light to create a painfully disorienting swirling shrapnel cloud!
[23:13] * Neo Sailor Uranus raises a hand and creates a copy of the Space Sword. "Space Sword Blaster!" It's not as powerful as the real thing, and the blade shatters after one swing. An arch of energy flies at chill Penguin
[23:13] * Vyle tries to recover his vision as he struggles with the dust
[23:14] * Chill Penguin wasn't expecting the attack, and is knocked into a pile of metal, "Wha?!"

[23:15] * Storm Eagle uses his wings to blast powerful gusts of wind towards Uranus and Titan

[21:14] *** Meanwhile, the Sea Emperor circles slowly around the outer walls of the massive room. Numerous vents are set into the walls, pumping in fresh water from outside and drawing out "used" water. There are plenty of plants on the floor far below, and a surprising number of fish swimming around.
[21:15] *** You see quite a few Snaggletooths and even a Boneshark or two, but they all seem non-hostile. Unusually so.
[21:15] *** Lots of Peepers too.
[21:15] *** As for the Sea Emperor...holy s[BLEEP]t, it's even LARGER than a Sea Dragon!
[21:17] * The Forest Kits try breathing from bubble generators.

The mere presence of these microorganisms in such a restrictive environment is highly unlikely, depending as they do on a complicated ecosystem of plant and animal life.

Large ovary-like organs are carried in the middle section, suggesting that like other species on this planet it produces eggs, however internal scar tissue indicates probable infertility.

(Stomach Enzyme) The emperor is the only known source of a unique, complex enzyme which seems to play a pivotal role in protecting the ecosystem against the impacts of the bacterium. Peepers appear to have adapted to distribute the enzyme, however, its structure is unstable, and they require a constant supply to stave off uncontrollable genetic mutation.

[21:23] <Gwen> ♦ 4. (Health) Comparative analysis of size and metabolic rates indicates this specimen is approximately 1,600 years old. Extensive internal and external scar tissue suggests it has lived well in excess of the peak lifespan for its species.
[21:23] <Gwen> ♦ Assessment: Enzyme too unstable for cure. Enzyme synthesis impossible. One possibility left open: fully vaccinate an individual with a more stable concentration of the enzyme, produced by a healthier specimen.
[21:24] <Fiona> What healthier specimen? Isn't this one Sea Emperor the last of its kind? We haven't found any traces of any others.
[21:26] <Monica> We didn't come this far just to let this bacterium kill us. There has to be something here we can use.
[21:28] <Thirza> If this thing's over 1600 years old, it had to have had children before the preceding people founded the facility.
[21:29] <Gwen> ♦ This creature likely lived and moved in small herds around the planet's ocean trenches, coming to the surface to feed off the huge volumes of microorganisms in the shallower waters. Family size would be strictly limited by available food supply. Offspring would likely split off at a young age to form their own herds elsewhere.
[21:29] <Gwen> ♦ Given their sparse population, mating and egg-laying was likely infrequent, perhaps a once in a lifetime event. The species likely had a preferred environment for egg-laying - in fact successful hatching may depend on such conditions. Given the rarity of this event, it is impossible to calculate those conditions precisely.
[21:29] <Gwen> ♦ There is no evidence to support the assumption that all members of the species were immune from the alien bacterium. Even if this is so, there is evidence that introduction of the bacterium decimated life on the planet, and this would have had catastrophic effects on the emperors' food supply and survival rate.
[21:29] <Gwen> ♦ The symbiotic relationship between this specimen and other lifeforms likely developed as a direct result of the bacterial infection. Those lifeforms which learnt to keep the emperor alive survived with its help. This may explain the vast tracts of lifeless ocean in a rough perimeter around the emperor's location.

[19:12] * Random Leona Minion points to the south as she spots the plumes of water vapor being hurled into the sky by the approaching dropships. "IT'S THE VAN SAAR!!!!"
[19:16] * The first squadron of Thunderhawks spread out and begin their final approach on Cannon Island. The Alliance's AA defenses begin to take aim on them.
[19:17] * At the same time the Guardsmen who were all dropped on Natalia Island have traveled THROUGH the teleportal there and arrived HERE on Cannon Island almost completely undetected.
[19:18] * Alator gathers fiery mana in both of his mouths..... and lets loose against the Alliance forces!
[19:19] *** The regular soldiers on the beach scatter and take cover, while the armored vehicles just weather the flames and return fire. That Scorpion tank takes aim to engage Alator directly!
[19:21] * The Thunderhawks open fire with the dorsal-mount turbolaser cannons, blasting impressive amounts of sand, plants, and debris into the air as they strafe the beach.
[19:22] * Alator gives one strong beat of his (now enormous) wings to send the enemy's fire right back at them!
[19:22] *** Surface-to-Air missiles erupt from the turret pods of both Wolverines, filling the air with almost fifty heat-seeking missiles. And a bunch of them automatically target Alator!
[19:25] * Alator then uses strong Ice mana to cloak his heat signatures and the surrounding area in thick, icy mist! If he drops off the proverbial radar, then where are those missiles gonna go?
[19:26] *** The missiles just turn and acquire the approaching Thunderhawks!

[19:28] * The Thunderhawks all discharge flares and decoys to divert the missiles and keep approaching. Many of the missiles veer off and explode harmlessly or miss entirely, but quite a few hit.
[19:30] *** All of the Thunderhawks seem to glow briefly as a portion of the missile's explosive forces are redirected and diverted AWAY from the hull - Flare Shields! The Federation's figured out how to install them on something as small as a Thunderhawk gunship now?!
[19:30] * Alator takes advantage of the moment to get in close and begin tearing the Thunderhawks into scrap with his draconic nails.
[19:31] * The Thunderhawks are Federation craft, NOT Alliance!
[19:32] * Alator apologizes for the brief confusion---- instead using it to give the Wolverine craft some serious puncture issues!
[19:34] *** Alator, you see a bunch of people massing on the cliffs beside the Quarantine Cannon overlooking the beach.

[19:40] *** At the very summit of the mountain, a lone figure in blue Mark-4 Mjolnir power armor watches in abject horror as the Scorpion tank is ripped apart and quickly engulfed in flames.

[19:43] *** A squad of Guardsmen rush down on a secluded part of the beach and start setting up what looks like a tripod-mounted radio transceiver.
[19:45] *** Meanwhile, the remaining three Thunderhawks close the distance and concentrate fire on the last of the Wolverines, destroying it utterly. The fourth Thunderhawk, unfortunately, has taken severe damage and crash-lands in the water offshore, black smoke bellowing and flames erupting from the holes punched into its side from autocannon fire.
[19:47] *** The OTHER group of Thunderhawks suddenly emerge from behind the mountain, strafe the beach with their underside heavy bolter turrets, and touch down on the far end of the beach away from the main base. Landing ramps suddenly snap open and...

[19:49] * Major Saori Otokawa personally leads over one hundred Guardsmen in a frontal assault across the beach while Captain Machida's group attacks from the side. As for the transceiver, a bright pulse of light engulfs the area around it as a teleport beam locks onto it and something ELSE materializes in the midst of the Alliance's sundered defenses.
[19:50] *** Meanwhile, back at the Primary Containment Facility...
[19:51] * Thirza does a quick double-check to ensure everyone's all right, before collecting some Ion crystals to take back with her.

[19:52] <Fiona> The machinery is still active, and the eggs all appear viable. No visible damage. I'll know more once this thing has power going through it.

[21:00] *** The first thing you notice is that you're underwater and on a platform suspended by armored cables in

[21:01] *** Looking around more, you estimate that you're maybe a couple hundred feet underwater, close to a sheer undersea cliff that stretches upwards and downwards into the depths. Interesting...
[21:02] *** There's a lot of Alien structures here, including a VERY obvious and large force screen protecting an entrance bay built into the side of the cliff.
[21:03] *** Swim upwards to look around more?
[21:03] * Monica does so. She also activates her comms unit to let everyone else know just what's over here.
[21:07] *** You swim upwards, seeing more Alien structures hanging in the water that are all connected to one BIG structure. There's also quite a few Bonesharks swimming around in the distance.

[21:22] *** Inside it was looks like an alien version of a submarine docking pen. There are a couple of doorways on the deck that encircles the perimeter of the internal harbor. And there are obvious signs of combat. RECENT combat.
[21:26] *** Laying nearby are the mangled remains of several Alliance soldiers and Leona's Minions.
[21:27] <Monica> ♦ ....well, this is a thing. Looks like someone or something mulched the Alliance people in here.
[21:28] <Chibi-Catri> ♦ Ohmygod!!! YOU'RE ON CANNON ISLAND!!!
[21:29] <Chibi-Catri> ♦ More specifically, you're inside it on the lower levels! That sub-pen is where I docked the SeaDashers at back when I helped raid Leona's base and stole supplies from them.
[21:30] <Monica> ♦ Sweet. So we can get the cannons disabled from here?
[21:32] <Chibi-Catri> ♦ Not unless we're cured of the Carar. The computer won't allow anyone contaminated with it to shut down the quarantine.

[21:33] *** In the distance down one of the other doorways you can hear a lot of gunfire from two types of weapons. One type of weapon is definitely an Alliance MA-6b assault rifle.
[21:34] *** The other weapon is definitely some kind of rapid-fire energy projector. And over the gunfire you can clearly hear the sounds of panic. Whatever or whoever is attacking Leona's forces here has them on the run and absolutely horrified.
[21:35] <Chibi-AnTil> ♦ Try to go up. The Imperial Guard is up on the surface! Let them know we're all here and alive! :D

[21:40] *** Going through the nearest doorway, you find yourself at the bottom of a long shaft. But, as you step through, you suddenly lift up into the air, hover there for a few seconds, then swiftly ascend to the top.

[21:41] *** Where you are met by several Humans armed with gauss rifles and wearing...oh f[BLEEP]k yeah!
[21:43] *** It's the 88th Regiment! Rose Cross Company!! You are indeed on Cannon Island and the Imperial Guard have totally F[BLEEP]KED UP Leona's island fortress. That also means Alator is within communication distance.
[21:44] * Monica radios Alator, letting him know of her locale. He responds back with affirmation as he continues lending his assistance in utterly f[BLEEP]king up the enemy forces outside!

[21:47] *** A company-sized element of the 88th Light Infantry Regiment has successfully landed and is in the process of securing Cannon Island. Natalia Island is until their control too.
[21:48] *** Van Saar casualties: 11 dead, 19 injured. Leona's gang didn't want to give up.
[21:50] *** Down below however is absolute hell as the last of Leona's forces prepare to engage in a last stand.
[21:52] <~> Unfortunately for them, they're facing something like THIS as three full-fledged Adeptus Astartes tear them all apart.
[21:54] *** Two of the Space Marines are decorated in Dark Angel trappings and heraldry, while the third is smaller and wearing power armor incorporating a shadow field generator. ALL of the Alliance people freak out the moment they see him approaching with that chittering demon-blade he's wielding.

[19:06] * The last of the Alliance soldiers lay down a truly impressive barrage of assault rifle fire, filling the corridor with a literal blizzard of bullets that would have made any girl of Gensokyo proud.
[19:07] * The Space Marines steadily march forward, virtually impervious to the tungsten-cored 7.62mm caseless rounds flattening into their ceramite armor.
[19:09] * The first Space Marine , who's wearing a very old and many-times-repaired suit of Mark-4 armor (Crusade Era vintage) stomps forward, blasting away with a modified Tau pulse-carbine and hacking left and right with a horrifically-effective chainsword.
[19:12] * The second Space Marine wears over his armor the hooded, sleeveless tabbard of the Dark Angels, clutching a huge, one-handed mace wreathed in a matter disruption field that makes a mockery of armor as he brutally blasts anyone he strikes apart with it. That's a Crozius Arcanum, which would mean he's a Chaplain!
[19:13] * Monica is watching and recording all of this.
[19:14] * The third Space Marine is smaller than the other two, only coming up to their shoulders, which would put him at only a few inches over six feet tall outside his armor, which seems to be a unique and heavily modified suit. He hacks left and right with his chittering sword, which looks like it's almost organic in composition.
[19:15] *** One of the last of Leona's female minions drops to her knees, shrieking in absolute terror as her gun runs dry and the Astartes close to within ten feet.
[19:17] * The third Space Marine barely slows down as he grabs the shrieking lady by the neck and effortlessly flings her aside into the wall.
[19:18] * The first Space Marine casually shoots the woman in the chest with his pulse-carbine without even looking as she attempts to stab him with a knife (of all things).
[19:18] * The second Space Marine is now known as Inquisitor-Chaplain Serbius
[19:20] * Inquisitor-Chaplain Serbius aims his bolt pistol at the last few Alliance soldiers and double-taps the trigger. Two Alliance soldiers fall dead a moment later, their heads blasting open as the two shaped-charge bullets he fired detonate inside their skulls.
[19:22] <Monica> (Looks like they have everything here under control.)
[19:22] * The third Space Marine takes aim with a forearm-mounted weapon of some kind and fires off a barrage of rocket-propelled explosive-tipped rounds at the two remaining Leona Minions as they try desperately to flee, hitting them both in the back and eliminating them messily.
[19:23] *** The Space Marines scan the area. Leona's people made their last stand in the main control room of the Quarantine Cannon facility.
[19:24] * The third Space Marine walks up to the controls and takes off his helmet.
[19:24] * The third Space Marine is now known as Solarchos
[19:25] <Monica> Hey there, Solar♫
[19:25] * Solarchos unlocks one of his gauntlets and holds out his right hand to the sensors on the controls, which react by activating a force field to lock his hand into place.
[19:26] *** A part of the alien machine detaches, extending out on a mechanical tendril as it scans Solarchos, then examines his hand. Then a needle pops out and JABS into Solarchos' hand.
[19:26] <Solarchos> Hello, Monica. It's been a while, hasn't it?
[19:26] <Solarchos> What's the status on my children?
[19:27] <Monica> I'll say. They're down with Thirza and the people whom turned against Morimoto. We've got something that should cure the Carar.
[19:27] *** A loud whirring sound starts to echo throughout the Cannon Facility, and a grating synthetic voice in the alien's tongue rings out, announcing something important.
[19:28] <Solarchos> A cure? How close are you to knowing for certain?
[19:28] *** Many of the lights within the alien facility dim. The loud whirring dies down.
[19:28] <Monica> Lemme check.
[19:29] * Monica calls up everyone down at the Primary Containment Facility. "Hey guys--- look who I found♫"
[19:29] *** Outside, the Quarantine Cannon stops tracking targets. It rotates around, then folds its barrel back into "Standby" position.

[20:36] * The Kits and their cousins immediately leave the sunken FtO and quickly make their way back inside the Primary Containment Facility and the Sea Emperor's Vault.
[20:36] * The Sea Emperor waits patiently as everyone eventually arrives and swims back down to the clutch of eggs.
[20:38] * Monica and Thirza follow as well, keeping a wary eye out.
[20:40] *** All of the other fish in the Vault are still quite benign and non-hostile.
[20:43] * The Sea Emperor observes closely, seeming almost anxious and excited as Gwen draws closer to the machinery of the incubator.

[20:58] *** The Sea Emperor rumbles in contentment as its babies swim up to it. They all regard their mother for a few seconds, then the babies start to nuzzle and nudge the Sea Emperor's face.

[21:01] *** You all notice something...all of the baby Sea Emperors are leaving something in their wake as they swim. It appears to be some kind of clear mucus.

[21:03] * Gwen scans the mucus. "It's similar to the Sea Emperor's enzymes, but MUCH more concentrated. This...this might be the CURE to the Carar!"

[21:05] *** The gelatinous mass clings to Gwen's hand tightly, refusing to come off regardless of how much she shakes her hand.
[21:06] <Gwen> Whoa...tingling! Ugh, it's really starting to sting inside the lesions from the bacterium!
[21:08] *** The mass starts to spread up Gwen's arm!
[21:10] *** Suddenly, it's absorbed into Gwen's skin and soon vanishes.
[21:11] * Gwen pulls off her gloves and examines her hands. The green color of the lesions is quickly fading!
[21:11] * Gwen scans herself.
[21:12] <Gwen> The bacterial infection is dying off. My vital signs are starting to return to normal. This is it! This is what we were looking for!

[21:13] <Monica> I wonder, though..... considering the Peepers were clean of the Carar, could they have come into contact with trace amounts of this?
[21:17] <Chibi-AnTil> That may have been the case.
[21:18] <Chibi-AnTil> The parent Emperor was too old and injured to make pure enzyme, but somehow it trained the Peepers to spread the trace enzymes it could produce AND all the various seeds across most of the Aurora Plateau.
[21:21] <Chibi-AnTil> That may be why some life continued to exist across the Plateau.
[21:22] <Chibi-AnTil> The Sea Emperor must have planned all of this long ago.
[21:23] *** Fiona and Chibi-Sylvester swim towards one of the mucus globs and touch it, with the same results as happened to Gwen.
[21:25] <Monica> Considering how long ago this must've happened....
[21:26] * Gwen scans Fiona and Chibi-Sylvester.
[21:27] <Gwen> The infections in Fiona and Sylvester is dying off! The Carar should be gone from their bodies within an hour or so!

[21:33] *** The Enzymes all tingle and tickle strongly as it flows over wherever it makes contact with, then tingles even MORE as it sinks into your skins.
[21:35] *** Everyone feels a strange sensation of heat and shivering as it feels like your blood is reacting somehow. If anyone reached the level of infection where the glowing skin lesions formed, the lesions stop glowing and begin to heal normally.
[21:35] <Thirza> Whoa mama, that's a sensation I've not felt in years.
[21:36] * Chibi-Alex and Chibi-AnTil start trying to collect some samples of the enzyme to bring back to Ensign Takara and the others.

[21:36] * Monica looks over to the Sea Emperor and its children, curious as to how they're doing.
[21:38] *** The baby Sea Emperors have begun to swim towards the open teleportal, and the Sea Emperor itself has slumped over.
[21:38] <Sea Emperor> ♦ My young are swimming for the shallows. I thank you. Their freedom is my end.
[21:38] <Sea Emperor> ♦ Perhaps next we meet I will be an ocean current, I will carry seeds to new lands... or a creature so small... it sees the gaps between the grains of sand.

[21:40] <Monica> ....I see now. She was keeping herself alive on sheer willpower to see her young live on.
[21:41] * Sea Emperor has been staying alive for long beyond its natural lifespan, pushing itself to live long enough to see its eggs hatch.
[21:41] * Sea Emperor spent the last of its energy just to play with its young for the first and last time.
[21:42] * The Forest Kits give the sea emperor some final tailpats before saying goodbye, giving a sad face knowing this may be the last time they meet.
[21:43] * Sea Emperor slumps to the ground with a rumble that conveys infinite weariness and exhaustion. Already you can sense that its lifesigns are fading as its organs start to shut down.
[21:44] *** Meanwhile, the six young Emperors reach the other side of the teleportal and separate from each other, swimming in different directions for different parts of the Aurora Plateau.
[21:44] * Monica lays a paw on the Emperor's head, and says something in the Netherworld Tongue.
[21:45] <Chibi-Catri> The Carar is still widespread though, and it may be decades before those baby Emperors grow to maturity.
[21:47] <Chibi-Catri> We should try to make sure they grow into adults to ensure that the Carar's wiped out.
[21:47] <Thirza> We'll have to let your father's forces know about this. If the Carar is wiped out, this place could become quite the lovely planet.
[21:49] <Chibi-AnTil> ♦ Maybe. But first things first, let's get everyone cured.
[21:51] * Thirza nods. "I'm also going to retrieve Morimoto's body, to make it clear to the Alliance that their leader's dead."

[19:08] *** At the very bottom of the Vault lays the vast corpse of the Sea Emperor. It's now well and truly dead, but its babies all hatched and have left this place.
[19:08] * Chibi-Alex and her siblings float in front of the Sea Emperor's face, dwarfed by the size of the creature.

[20:14] <Vyle> Now, let's get started.
[20:16] *** The foundry workers begin to flee as Vyle and his partners launch their attack on the facility. A few get injured, but they're able to get away from the destruction and chaos of what's happening.
[20:16] <Vyle> GAHAHAHAHAHAH! That's right, humans! Run!
[20:20] * Vyle aims his shoulder cannon at a group of fleeing workers, and the resulting blast knocks them forward in their fleeing direction
[20:21] * Warbot #1 tosses magnetic shuriken at various machinery, causing them to short out
[20:22] * Warbot #2 rakes his large claw along the ground as it sends a wave of energy racing towards a smelter
[20:25] * High overhead are heard the high-pitched drones of ion turbine engines. In the distance can be heard the sounds of rumbling tank treads and the great THUDS of mechanized feet approaching.
[20:27] * Marauder destroyer aircraft have begun to orbit and circle high overhead. There are definitely one or two surveillance-variants among them.
[20:27] * Vyle and the two other warbots ignore what's going on outside, and begin to loot now that the workers have evacuated the area
[20:27] <Vyle> Magna Centipede. Crescent Grizzly. This place is now ours for the taking!
[20:28] <Crescent Grizzly> Heh, great. Now we've got some goods to build up.
[20:28] * Several dozen heavy battle tanks of a design likely unknown to Vyle start closing off the area around the factory. Artillery tanks start forming up as well, along with several dozen armored transports carrying soldiers equipped with heavy anti-vehicle weaponry.
[20:29] <Magna Centipede> Indeed. Perhaps we could even give our armor a good upgrade.
[20:29] <Vyle> Hmm. Not a bad idea. Come on, let's get to work.
[20:31] * Marching alongside the tanks are FOUR massive assault battledroids, their ion shields creating a dimly-seen haze around them as they take up position in the middle of the streets heading into the factory complex.
[20:31] * Vyle moves towards a metal press as the two warbots in unison say, "Yes, sir!"
[20:32] * The Imperial Guard has arrived and awaits further orders. Or the enemy to be foolish enough to attack them. Whichever comes first.
[20:36] * Magna Centipede works on pouring liquid metal towards some molds
[20:36] * Crescent Grizzly loads the metal sheets and bars onto large palletes
[20:39] * Leman Russ tanks Aim down the road with their turret weapons, most of which are either double-barreled heavy laser cannons (Annihilators), rapid-fire autocannons (Exterminators), or railguns (Mjolnirs).
[20:40] <Crescent Grizzly> Hmph. No Senshi. This will be a great haul.
[20:41] * A distant rumbling and an unnerving engine noise reminiscent of primeval hunter felines hints that something even bigger is approaching.
[20:42] <Magna Centipede> As long as they don't interefere, we get to use this foundry for as long as we want.
[20:43] <Vyle> Heheh. Those brats won't even stand a chance once the army is well into production. Soon, the kingdom will be crushed, and a new leader will take the throne.
[20:44] * Vyle and the warbots continue to work
[20:55] * Basilisk artillery tanks lock themselves into position, load their firing chambers, and take aim.

[21:31] * Neo Sailor Mercury stays behind, swinging the metal-hooped end of her Frost Chain as she watches.
[21:32] * Neo Sailor Mars jumps back...and starts to throw fireballs......createing a huge ring of fire around the entire group to keep it limited to a location
[21:32] * Neo Sailor Mercury glances at the Sailor Guardians on either side of her. Unused to seeing Eden and Nemesis, she eyes them a bit distrustfully.
[21:32] * Neo Sailor Eden smiles as she takes out her Battle Fan of Healing and preps her defense.
[21:33] * Neo Sailor Nemesis disappears into the shadows.
[21:33] * Magna Centipede suddenly has magnetic mines surround the Senshi present, and begin to spin around them quickly
[21:34] * Neo Sailor Jupiter turns to Eden.
[21:34] * The Imperial Guard OPEN FIRE, blasting away at any robots attempting to leave the factory complex to invade the surrounding area. They also open fire on any of Vyle's robots trying to outflank the Senshi. Headshots aplenty from the snipers!
[21:34] <Neo Sailor Jupiter> Keep us healed. Need to see what these youngsters can do.
[21:35] <Neo Sailor Eden> You got it Jupiter.
[21:35] <Aine Lydie> Just observe...don't engage...don't engage...
[21:35] <Vyle> Heheh. What will you brats do now? You just got into a minefield.
[21:36] * Neo Sailor Neptune jumps back, unsure...
[21:36] * Neo Sailor Uranus holds out a hand, and summons a large sheild
[21:36] * Neo Sailor Jupiter takes out the Thunder Spear and charges the nearest enemy. Upon approach she slides onto her knees, bending backwards while still traveling forward. She comes back and swings the spear across the enemy.
[21:37] * Neo Sailor Saturn grits her teeth, wishing she could detach her shield from her forearm. She changes its shape to something unnatural; it's large than her and curves on the ground where she can stand on it.
[21:37] <Aine Lydie> Hey...that's the guy...he wounded the prince!
[21:37] * Neo Sailor Nemesis appears above Vyle via a shadow and what looks like one of the mines drops out of the shadow as well.

She cries out, "Ice Storm Whirlwind!" which summons a storm of hail of various sizes and freezing rain above the fighting which causes everything it touches to freeze over a short period of time.

[21:52] * Neo Sailor Mercury attempts to wrap the chain around his hand and attempts to quickly pull him off balance before leaping in for an attack with the dagger'd end of her Frost Chain.
[21:53] * Neo Sailor Saturn spots Sailor Titan and goes over to her? seeing as she's rather distracted at the moment.

[21:54] * Vyle suddenly goes to a kneel from the arrow striking him, "Ghn!"

[21:55] * Neo Sailor Eden closes the fan and stabs the pointy end into one of Centipede’s closest legs. The move looked very desperate as the poison enters her.

[21:56] * Crescent Grizzly staggers back a step from getting hit by the electrical disc, and then burrows underground
[21:56] * Sailor Titan stands up and unleashes a Starfall Volley at Vyle!
[21:56] * Vyle faces Titan, "You again. Didn't learn your lesson last time, eh?"
[21:57] * Neo Sailor Saturn goes over to join Sailor Titan in her fight against Vyle.
[21:57] * Neo Sailor Jupiter notices the Bear go underground and uses the Spear to launch herself into the air.
[21:58] * Vyle aims his right fingertips at the volley, and counters with firing rapid energy bullets
[21:58] * Neo Sailor Neptune looks around for where the underground enemy might show up. She summons her Pelagic Neptune Net just in case..
[21:59] * Neo Sailor Quinox is just trying to stay alive in all the chaos
[21:59] * Sailor Titan takes advantage of Vyle taking his attention to shoot ta the volley, and fires a Starfall Arrow that eminates a powerful stardust wave as it flies!
[22:00] * Neo Sailor Neptune sees Quinox struggling, looking more than a little frantic. She dashes over to the youngster, whispering, "It's okay, you've got this."

[22:01] * Crescent Grizzly suddenly pops out from underneath Mars, aiming to attack with a rather large drill from below

[22:05] * Neo Sailor Saturn easily blocks the bomb with her shield which grows to encompass the blast to protect the both of them.

[22:06] * Neo Sailor Saturn glances at Titan and grins a little tightly. "We've got some chatting to do, little miss. But before we can get down to some pleasantries..."
